Croatia, Kosovo and Albania singed military alliance in Marth.
In April or on June(28 historical date for Serbia) Serbia and Hungary will sine a Military alliance.
Third entity should be added to Bosnia, that entity is Hercegovina. So we would have then : Republika Srpska, Bosa, Hercegovina. And increase instability of Bosnia and Hercegovina. Changing maybe loyalty, Hercegovina to Croatia and Republika Srpska to Serbia. And left them under control of Bosnia.

I agree with all of these. There is no such thing as "Srpska" loyalty. These hexes are IRL loyal to Serbia. Same thing with "Herzegovina" hexes loyal to Croatia.
