Fistalis, which tool did you use to mod the facilities? I downloaded supremefiction but that only shows the units from the unit file and not the facilities.

I do everything but Art assets by hand Via notepad. specifically what are you trying to change?

The pollution values of different facilities. However, When I open it up in excel, in the column under pollution (column DI) it is written "not implemented". Is this right or do these values actually effect the pollution level in the game?

afaik its not implemented. But Bg doesn't tell me everything so it could be...

You're very welcome.. I haven't put the time and effort to update my page or mods.. or create new mods in a long while and couldn't even tell you the last time i actually played an SR title. However I still support BG and am a very happy member of this community so it's the least I can do to continue to share all the work I put into the mods with the rest of the community.. even it is via forums links.
