How playable is the game as of 0.712?

I'm wondering how playable the game is in its current state (0.712). There is not much traffic on the steam page/reviews so maybe it would be better to come here and ask

Its playable. But not that much to do unfortunately. Way more infrastructure stuff would be needed in my opinion. And more ressources. Aber more special locations... There is simply no need to expand at the moment besides of waging war.
