1. With such parameters, the AI uses all the connections in the game, including Patrol/AWACS, Strategic Bomber, Carriers, Patrol Ships.
2. Air Defense, as well as infantry on foot and any towed equipment are used only in defense, because they suffer heavy losses in attack.
3. Aviation is 100% used. Planes and helicopters take off at almost any signal, whether it is the loss of land, the loss of a city or base, violation of airspace or air support requirements. AWACS and Strategic Bomber are well used.
4. Tanks and Anti-Tanks try to fight in the field, while infantry tends to fight in cities.
5. Naval units have become more actively supported by aviation.
As a result, the wars have become more realistic and larger due to the full use of aviation. Build as many planes as possible, now the air is even more important.

Install: just copy the values to your AIParams.csv or use mine, below is the link (in my AIParams, values other than &&AIREQRESPONSE have NOT changed). You can use your current game immediately after the replacement, you do NOT need to create a new Cache.

Interesting mod, I haven't given it a try yet but it seems like some good changes you have made. Have you thought about uploading it to the steam workshop?

Thanks for the feedback! But your mod upload manager on Steam does not allow you to download only the AIParams.csv file. Hello, would you know how to get the AI (Nuclear Powers AI) to not focus entirely on building nuclear missiles, but build more general purpose missiles. Thanks.

One thing i noticed - for AIREQCITYRESCUE and AIREQCITYLOST you assigned strategic bombers to the response. Strategic bombers will blow the city that was just lost into oblivion as they hit whole hex not just units. So i don't think they are the best tool for that role. Other then that, file looks like a definite improvement over default one.

Hello, just wanted to let you know that a couple of us have been using your AI mod, and really like it. We only had one complaint and that was if a country had nuclear missile technology, that country would only build nuclear missiles. All of the other countries that did not have nuclear missile tech, built a nice variety of missiles.

ie. like those flag 128 for 'mobile preference' for the other unittypes.
And nuclear does more damage so the weigthing favors them.

There is also the issue that nuclear weapons take a lot longer to build so when they are in the build queue they stay there for a lot longer. You are far more likely to spot a 200 day production time r-36 than a 7 day build time TLAM.
If the AI then also starts to run out of uranium it just takes even longer to finish those weapons making the production line even more filled with nuclear weapons.
This is also the danger with more missile types. With anything added as missile units there is a real chance the AI will not have them. For long range cruise missiles that is annoying but survivable. If however it was say AAM or SAM then suddenly the AI has far less to counter strategic bombers.
