AI building roads

This is a great new feature BG! Finally the AI building roads.

BUT.. not done yet :)))

1) Option to disable the AI building roads in MY country please
2) Option to remove roads/railroads like in the map editor: with simply dragging the mouse while pressing some hotkey instead
of the 100 hours consuming click, click, right click, click click to remove 1 single hex :)

These my 2 requests to the new AI building roads feature.

The AI doesn't build roads. There are events and they should be set to "not if human"...

Ahhhhh, ok... got it :) thought the AI got very smart LOL

The road events are in a separate event file. Look inside the 1914 .scenario file for the name if you want to copy the pattern.

Yes I copied a few files I haven't look into. Just to be sure I'm working on a complete scenario not leaving anything out.
