Subject: Crusader King 3 - Game stuck on pause
To: support@battlegoat.com

Hi there

At certain points with my game I am simply unable to un-pause it.
This will happen on random occasions but it will completely ruin the game I am playing and I have to start all over again.

Could you look into this issue please.

xxxxxxxxxx Order number.

Many thanks
J..
Hello J..,

There seems to be some confusion. We have nothing to do with the game Crusader Kings. That is a game published by Paradox Interactive.

Our team at BattleGoat Studios developed the Supreme Ruler series of games. We cannot take credit for any other developed titles. I would suggest looking at the Paradox website for a support contact.

Best of luck with CK3.

An interesting question is how many support emails Paradox gets. A number of people appear to consider recent titles to be published by Paradox and if you go to the list of Paradox interactive titles on Wikipedia SR 1936 and Ultimate are published by Paradox.

We used to get forwards from them, even after our partnership ended. I think nowadays people look at the steam page first and can find us without too much trouble. But honestly emails for support are very rare. It's almost always forum first.

True I guess the first thing people probably see when it comes to email is you telling them which one to use and I would assume you do not direct them to Paradox ^_-
