Perhaps that should be his name though, "Penultimate Ruler" has a nice ring to it for a Supreme Ruling Goat .

Not sure how many people know this but the "goat" is a term also used by the USMA West Point to designate the cadet that graduates last in his class. Many "goats" became well known soldiers, especially in the 19th century. There is an interesting book on the subject that I read recently.

@fishcop444 ,I didnt know that.I would have thought theyed call such a cadet a mule.

@haenkie, The Goats sent me a very nice and appreciated gift pack which included the Goat.
I dont know for sure, but i "think" this is one of the goats the devs have put aside til they find helmets for them.
Hopefully we will see them in the battlegoat store in the not too far off future.I hope to buy a couple more when we do, weight them and use them as book ends in the computer room.
