Playing in China with the Cold War scenario, it's in the early sixties. I have both short and SCUD type Dragon missiles plus three truck designs. I and other regions have designs for Missile capable aircraft and ships but no missile designs for them. I think I am caught up technologically in most areas, and someone in the Warsaw Pact is producing A2A missiles, but I can't find who has the design. Buying missiles as a stopgap is something I tried but missile inventories are not stable enough for purchase agreementz to go through.
Where and when am I likely to find air and naval based missile designs?

They typically come about in the 60's era techs as you have to research missile tech 55 (something like that) which then gives anti ship missiles as the follow on tech.
Most nations have access to some kind of anti ship missile. China will get the styx and the like and then it's own designs later on.

Cool. I am trying to get my 20% inflation down and see what happens in the world, but I want lots of missiles for some offensives in the coming decade.
