1936 subs
So I am playing as Japan and invade China. Everything is going fine and then the russians come in they sank a huge part of my navy with their subs. I had escort ships but it does not seem to matter they get sunk fast too. What can I do about them? I should add this is SPRU the 1936 campaign.

It was one sub that sank everything . Even my ships that said asw once I sent my subs it was destroyed
