Why do I keep auto-buying stuff that I don't need?

I already locked my minister, and I already disabled auto-purchases.
Yet, the game forces me to buy stuff I don't need (even tough I'm actually i'm in a superavit production)

What should I do to fix this problem?

Most likely an ongoing trade deal. Maybe you auto accept trade in a region.

The mechanic of auto accept could be improved tho. Like a check if a deal runs out how much you want to pay.

EDIT: Yeah you were correct, I was auto-accepting stuff from my Colony.
Well, at least now we know that if you colonize a country, you will be already auto-accepting their offers by default.
But still, I would like to know if there's a way to see my current ongoing trade deals. I also need to know which regions i'm currently auto-accepting.

Some changes made recently for GR have already improved what information is available for this and it's on my wishlist to further improve it for SRNG.
