On May 24th, the game ignores my unit initiative settings and sets them to full, even when it is off. This happens as soon as the clock turns the day to the 24th without any warning and leads to the AI moving all my units I had nicely organised. This is the '36 sandbox.

Update the events to only activate if it isn't a human.
This means updating the 10th and 11th columns
The table below has the 10th column and 11th column horizontally for each of the 3 events.
11623 | 11624 | 11625
before 0, 1 | 0, 1 | 0, 0
after 1, 1 | 1, 1 | 1, 1
Those are the events that trigger an initiative change.
Let me know if that doesn't fix it or my explanation isn't clear enough.

I thought we did too but I wanted to make sure you and the other members were in the loop on what the exact fix was, then if there's something similar or if for whatever reason it isn't fixed then you won't have to way on me!
