ship resupply

ships don't ask for resupply , although i have them on full initiative , and have see transport units , i tried doing it manually but it won't do , currently i got 30 ships stuck mid atlantic

9.1.250 still see ships getting out of supply. Russia send from Arkhangelsk and get out of supply in 2020 on several spots.

I have suggested (alongside others) that oilers should actually have large oil capacity, and then the AI taught to use these specific oilers for the purpose of refuelling ships.
