Nuke plants without the nuke-tech...

Started a new game as Congo in the Afrika campaign.

Finaly i got SouthAfrika on his knees and capped a nukeplant...
But i haven't researched the nuke technologies yet .....

So i was thinking it will be rather realistic when you let that plant
in full swing there would be a slight possibility the plant goes... BOOM...

Just a thought...

Yup, i have always been for this.
At one point ,a long while back the proposed feature to cover this was called "environmental effects" or something close.

i still want to see those oil rigs burning :P Nuke plants exploding :P Radition clouds roaming the regions :P etc..

But it got shot down.
