You need to remove Kurdisatan’s core on Turkey’s territory. Kurdistan is a autonomous region on northern Iraq with Iraqi government’s approval, Turks do not occupy the land it’s, Kurds only lay claim on Turkish territory, Kurds do not own the region they never had, if you going make regions switch sides just based on claims there won’t be any country left on the Earth, Armania claims entire northern Turkey, Serbia claims Kosovo, Greece claims Macedonia, Taiwan claims entire China and vice versa, Russia claims Alaska and parts of Ukraine, Germany claims Alsace–Lorraine, Greece claims Istanbul and entire western thrace, Aegean cost of Turkey, there are endless amount of territorial disputes but this isn’t one of them. Turkey is heavly nerfed with this, please take another look, the land belogs dejure to Turks since the creation of the republic and Anatolia is a Turkish land over 1000 years goes way before Turkiye, Ottomans, Timurids, Selcuks and many more Beyliks.

Road tunnels on mountain regions just like bridges they could turn into tunnels, takes more time to build and they could shield units from attacks and can be destroyed jusi like bridgesc mountains shouldn’t be passable by motorised units and it should take way more time for land units to pass, they are natural defensive structures used by all countries

Supply mechanics are abit odd aswell it could use a re work a unit in the middle of the desert waiting weeks for supply to creep it’s way in then bam suddenly it gets ammo and fuel out of no where people not going around their pockets filled with bullets and gas, you could make use of supply depots and units could only be supplied on there outside of bases, it would be more strategic, ai already uses supply units, it could build conquered cities temperory bases as they advence, soldiers should consume food aswell state supplies army with food not it’s people. In the army tab there could be food reserve tab for soldiers which would effect directly to army approval, during war time army needs to eat state cuts from people but feeds the army for all cost

Water and electricty, you could make another map layout to build water pipes and electricty grids like roads, carrying city to city and merge with other countries thru borders just like cities skyline, producing energy isn’t the problem most of the time but delivering it, it would have huge effect on approval rating a city without power or water will not vote for you in the next election

Population increses with same pace on every hex so there are some hexes ending up having more population than most cities maybe you could lower the population increase on empty hexes or increase cities
