composite ore plants...... maths....

So ,i have total production set at about about 488mil , i then build about 50 more composite ore plants, which is about 9% increase. I have the production set at about 140% demand.....which turns out about the aforementioned 488mil...when the 50 new plants complete i should see _______ (do the maths and fill in the blanks ) more in production ,for a total of _____ mil (do the maths and fill in the blanks ). But when they completed ,i saw no increase in production.

Yea, ill let you guys do the maths ...

just did this again, watched it very closely ,no visible increase in output.
