...other then declare war.

Survey ships wont survey an owned unknown planet atm, and transport ships wont land on un-explored planets.

k, might only be a pirate problem...i thought i found a minor race,but i now think its another pirate world. I got a message saying i encountered a race,went to the system did not see the race planet, i did see what i now think is a pirate planet,and thought it to be a race.i did find the race planet in the system, but only after i triedt to get contact with the pirate one

K, its prob not just the pirates. Im not sure whether this is a minor race or a major race, they only have circa 300mil population, but they are those little floating meditation guys (stellop-something), who i thought were a major race...

they declared war on me, i captured their space dock and surrounded them ,then they offered peace ,but i did not see it in time. So i offered peace ,they accepted ,then because they still showed as unknown, i landed a transport ,after which i found myself at war with them, though i had not seen a war declaration message from them... and now they still show as unknown/undiscovered.

Planetary units and system units use different attack types and cannot attack each other. This is a know issue, we're considering the best solution.

Did you change this, ive had artillary,aircraft,etc.. destroy my landed transports in past.
