Is it working in reverse ? Seems the more techs i learn, the higher my rank.I thought it was where I "ranked" among the worlds in tech, so that rank one would be the best .But it seems to think a higher number rank is better then a lower number rank.

Right now I think the rank is determined by the actual level you're in the tree. I don't think it compares the regions to determine your current rank in relation to theirs. I'll ask around about it, I think in the other series it was your rank vs the other countries.

Well this sparked some changes, hopefully in the near future we can add some better functionality surrounding this.
