Hmm, I just tested this on the fasttrack and can't see what you mean, it's all working fine for me. Do you mind elaborating what isn't working about them?

If you turn off functions like fog,the map doesnt clear, at the universe level

We have addressed this in the latest version v.732. The option is the Galaxy Shroud which will turn off the shroud in galaxy level and you should see all systems.

There are still performance issues we'll need to address overall with the Galaxy level, but because it's only for navigation (no combat, commerce, etc.) it's going to be lower priority for now. I have opened a specific ticket for it.
