K, ive had a survey ship sitting at the planet now for .08 on the clock...no idea what the time scheme here is...

Did you guys forget to allow a survey ship to be able to survey a planet your at war with ? I dont see any survey order,so im thinking it just has to enter orbit.....

I dont think survey works on unexplored non-aligned planets either.No sign of a survey order, so sign of it being automatic either.

K, last fast said it implemented the survey system, but i still not seeing any evidence the survey system is working...theres evidence that the system is there, gold target courser shows now.But i dont see any indication it does anything
