Research List bug - Added units somehow

I have attached some pictures of a bug I managed to encounter. I'm not sure how i've done it so i'm going to do some more investigation.

I have managed to add 2 units to the research list with on names (see picture 1), to make this more complicated, when you double click on the unit being researched it gives a technical readout that makes no sense (see picture 2).
