Automatically Survey Multiple Asteroids
Follow up from the galactic-ruler channel in Discord. Allow units with surveying capabilities to automatically survey multiple asteroids in an asteroid belt. Similar to how they will automatically survey the moons around a planet. Ticket 31046.

The Automate Unit function in the unit orders panel (or in the unit popup) should allow the AI to do this, but it seems to have issues with asteroid belts. We're investigating.

The AI's use of survey capable units was improved in recent updates. We'd appreciate new feedback if anyone has observations to share.
