auto assigned hotspots by the computer

I think we still have hotspots in GR .havent used them...BUT i think you can create a list of them . It would be very helpful if the AI created hotspots for guerilla spawns , revolts, and sabotages. So when the ai did any of the above to places we owned,the ai would create a hotspot on a list for that occurrence. The ai already makes note of them with messages , so all ya gots to do is add a hotpsot for the area when the message is generated.
