Would it be possible to assign "CTRL+Q", "CTRL+W" etc using all the alphabet keys?

I feel 1 - 10 is no longer enough when dealing with massive invasion forces.

If there are conflicts it could possibly be changed to "CTRL+SHIFT+KEY".

If you look at Hotkeys.csv in \INI of your game install folder, you'll see we already use A LOT of hotkeys and you can see what is unassigned. With SR games there has been suggestions at times for expanding the key group, but there are some challenges with this.

I think this is something we should consider later in development. I'll open a ticket for this and set myself a reminder for early February to take another look at this.
