OK, I know sounds are very subjective, but from time to time I get a "whoosh crash" sound. It sounds like someone throwing a boomerang through a window. Does anyone know what it is? Are the kids of my nation playing too much cricket in backyards? Is there a setting I can change to stop these kids?
Seriously though..... what is it?
The "whoosh crash" sound...... what is it?

Its a helicopter crashing.
No joke.
The AI sometimes doesnt realize it just has to land the damn things on land.
So like fixed wing aircraft, the AI tends to crash the helis when something goes wrong.IE- fuel shortage, loss of base, loss of ship carrying it,etc...
This is in addition to the wonder pathing training heli pilots got
Which of course also results in that sound

Ah, yes.
The unit trade issue .
Units trades can be a great way to help an ally (if hes right next door, or human) and a great way to hurt an enemy (you can trade them all sorts of useless units like supply trucks, which will than switch to their allegiance right in your territory and be anniliated in the blink of an eye costing the AI foe manpower and cash, and getting your troops free experience).
theres a long interesting thread around here somewhere about this issue and how we all tried to find an idea to fix it that everyopne liked.
I "think" it has "gift" in the title.
