Question about Money cheat

Im taking a break from my current campain, and was going to mess around on a new one with some cheats on. Anyway, I was wondering if the mod that changes the "cheat georgew" to just "c" still works. It says its not compatible with update 3, but im not sure if is compatible with update 4.6 (hack 4.6 could be update 3 im not sure). I would assume it does not, it seems to me like the mods stoped getting updated. It's not that big of a deal, I was just curious because I don't want to have to reinstall the game. If infact It doesn't work is there anyway I can change it and get it to work, or is there maybe a different way to change the game files so that the normal "georgew" cheat gives you more money or something like that. Well I just backed up my game and found out that it doesn't work.

--I searched around in the forums and found out that I can use a Hex Editor to change this manually, but im not sure of what value to change. Does anyone know which value that would be?
