New guy needs some help please

First of all I apologize for my first post being a problem. I downloaded Supreme ruler 2010 earlier in the month. I love complex games, and enjoyed it very much. Over the weekend my hardrive died on me. I lost everything. I mean everything. I still have my key, I wrote it on a scrap of paper luckily. Can I download the game without paying again? If I can, what do I do please. If I cant, I'll chalk it up to experience, and pay again. (note to self backup everything, especially digital downloads)

I'd look at the digital download site first, most keep a record of your purchase and allow you to download the game at will as long as you have the access to the account the purchase was made on.
