Synopsis

War with Egypt involved a small battle in the south and was mainly conducted by Egyptian recon elements. I have my forces
deployed in a defense to protect the new military base from direct attack. I a few AA units deployed to protect it from air
strikes but the Egyptian aircraft have been not coming up to engage my air patrols. Attack aircraft have also helped the
Sudan push back the Egyptian forces back to the original borders.

Venezeula has started a new offensive against Columbia. They report a total of 8 enemy units killed and lost 6.

North Korea (the ally I have abandoned) is slowly being chewed up by South Korea. Pyongyang has been shelled by artillery and
tanks are heading north from Sariwon. Nk reports 821 units destroyed by their enemies and that they have destroyed 106 units.

Russia still holds Khaliningrad. Thier airforce keeps beating back the Polish assualts. Partisan resistance groups in Rissala
and Kuopia have created a more of thorn in Russias Finnish front and its offensive there is stalled. In Turkey, Russia has
been trying to root out the Turkish forces entrenched at Erzincan. More Russian armored units are heading that direction.
Russia has destroyed 448 enemy units, lost 366 and 220,537 dead/wounded.

China continues to lose ground on all fronts and thier assault fleet still sits in the ocean out of gas. They report 384
enemy units destroyed 407 units lost and 180,873 dead/wounded.

Syria has made a push into Turkey and has broken thru at Nizip. The war with Israel has showed promise but Syria is still
having to deal with the loss of many men. They still have 1 land fab and a military complex offline due to lack of personnel.
They report 60 enemy units destroyed , 265 lost and 158,716 Dead/wounded.

Sudan has stalled out against Central Africa. Long supply lines are getting the best of them. They were unable to capture any
village or town. Ethipoia was sending a few aircraft on bombing runs to the Sudanese capital but were taking losses each pass
and that has stopped. Sudan advanced into Eritrea and captured the village of AK'ordat before the pulled back thier forces.
Despited the lack of Sudanes troops, Eritrea has not moved to retake the village but that region is suffering from a lack of
food,timber,petro as well as IG and CG. The DAR in that region is 12%. Sudanese officials are predicting the region will
collapse on its own. Libyian officials are trying to remind the Sudanese that this is a game , not a real world scenario.

The U.S. has not invaded Cuba as of yet. The military complex outside of Havanna though has been heavily damaged. Although
still active, the complex is at 32% with the associated facilities also active but running at 60% for the Intel Academy to
38% on the barracks.

South African is taking a break after conquering 3 of its neighbors. The rest of thier enemies are blocked by neutral regions
or will require a amphibious landing against either Eritrea or Morocco. They report 97 enemy units destroyed with 12 losses
and 42,489 dead/wounded.

India has extended its supply border to just 20K from Islamabad,Pakistan. The Libyian Intelligence network is very limited in
that region and has no idea whats really going on in that area of the world.

Since the fall of Belarus, the price of MG's has come down to $291,536 per ton.

Alliances in Europe continue to build and a couple/few in other regions have started. Poland seems to be the leader of this
wave of love in Europe. They have announced 12 formal alliances in the past 8 months.

Synopsis

This month brought about the unexpected demise of Greece. Apparently thier leaders went to see how amphibious invasions worked and went along with thier men on a landing south of Izmir. Some rumors suggested that the Greek leader Yeoryios Vlasis had strong ties to the Great Union Party and Grey Wolves. Those rumors go hand and hand with rumors of the current leader of Turkey, Cemil Eker who some believe is a secret member in the Great Union Party. This may be the start of a grand plan to reinstate the Ottoman Empire.

My war with Egypt is still mostly a defensive operation. Air patrols over Egyptian airspace are relatively calm. Egypts sends
up a few fighters every now and then to contest the airspace but get pulverized by the Mig-25's based at Al Jawf that go to intercept them. Some ground action has occured probally as a response to the movement of recon units on a few probes into enemy territory. Thier recon and armor units that have come to close to the defensive line have been taking heavy losses or outright destroyed by air to ground missiles. The base in the desert will be completely finished early October. The airfield will be operational in 2 days.

Ally Sudan has concentrated thier efforts against Eritrea more this past month. They have pushed up to Keren and have taken control of more territory along the coast. The effort against Egypt has been minimal since the Egyptian forces have been cleared of the area north of Bur Sudan up to the major roadway leading to Aswan.

Syria still lacks the manpower to get some of thier facilities online. Thier war with Turkey was making headway but the demise of Turkeys western enemy has managed to give Turkey renewed successes against thier enemies in the east. The war with Israel has virtually stopped due to the successes that Lebanon has had. Lebanon has cut off Syria's advance past Zefat and has pushed to Hadera.

Venezuela has been in a tug of war with Columbia. The area between San Cristobal and Bucaramanga has been changing hands constantly this month. Venezeula has destroyed 12 enemy units total, lost 12 units and report 20,542 dead/wounded.

China continues to lose ground, mostly in western China. Several units along the Mongolian front are out of gas and ammo and they havent sent any help to the Amphibious Assault group that ran out of fuel and sits about 1/2 way between Brunei and Vietnam. They have lost 446 units and destroyed 405. They report 203,112 dead/wounded.

Russia continues to have problems with Partisan loyal to Finland. Finland has managed to make a counter attack in the north and reclaimed alot of lost territory there. Every Finnish city lost to Russia has been recaptured excpet for Mikkeli and the two north of Vyborg and the two along the coast down the road from Vyborg.

North Korea has been split in two by South Korean forces. China has tried to stay away from North Korea but now must send in units to counter the threat posed by the South Korean forces entering thier territory. If South Korean continues its push up into China, NK may be able to survive a few more months.

U.S. has not invaded Cuba yet but continues shelling the areas around Havanna. The military complex to the south is down 28%

Synopsis

The war with Egypt was productive this month. I was able to keep air superiority in the south and seems that Egypt hasnt
based any air units at Marsa Matruh. With this info I redeployed the 1st Bomber Squadron to Tobruk and initiated Operation
Desert Thunder. The 1st Bomber Squadron has been systematically destroying the defense surrounding Marsa Matruh. Flying too high for thier AA, the 1st Bomber Squadron has flown numerous sorties over the city and surrounding areas without suffering a single plane lost. The land campaign planned in the north may be bumped up due to this success.

Syria might have some issues internally. The Libyian intelligence service reports that they still have 2 military complex and
a land fab offline and havent seen any newly built units deployed. The Turks have regained the iniative in the East now that they have no wars in the West. They have managed to push back Syria and Russia and are currently advancing to Halab. Issues with personnel will prevent me from giving Syria equipment to field as it will do no good. Direct intervention may be the only way to save Syria.

Russia still holds Khaliningrad but its forces have been depleted somewhat. This has allowed Lithuania to retake most of its
lost land. Russia still holds the airfield at Panesveys and the village of Kedainiai but only have garrisons as defensive
ground units. The 4 air squadrons at Panesveys are mostly loaded with Anti-ship missiles. Finland has been pushing eastward all along its front with Russia. Turkish forces have pushed Russia back as well. The bright spot for Russia is thier war with Azerbaijan, they managed to encircle Ganca and have the rest of the Ajerbaijan bottled up in the Southeastern part of the region.

China is losing more ground in the west and with Uzbekistan joing the war against China , I expect them to lose more. China has managed to grab some Mongolian lands and have been forced to move some units into the Korean peninsula to engage the South Korean forces. Thier naval assualt group remains out of fuel as reported last month. Taiwan managed to capture a few islands but Chinese naval forces managed to destroy them and regain control quite easily.

Venezuelian and Columbia forces continue to battle in the area between San Cristobal and Bucaramanga. Venezuela reports that they have lost 20 total units , destroyed 18 and have close to 40K dead/wounded.

North Korea has managed to survive this month but SK has now split thier region into several pieces. 40% of Pyongyang has been destroyed. North Korea has lost 936 units to enemy action. 341,473 casualties and destroyed 132 enemy units.

The U.S. continues it bombardment of Havanna but still no signs of the any invading forces.

CDR dow'd Sudan on the last day of this month. They are a good source of ore. Dowing them with 66% might be acceptable but war with them would deplete forces needed against Egypt. Angola is near the capital but they have been for quite some time. my plans are to lower the amount of aid I send to CDR.

Synopsis

War with Egypt picked up quite abit this month. After a few weeks of bombing the ground units around Marsa Matruh I decided to advance to root out those entrenched AA and Infantry in the city. After encircling the city to make cut off any
reinforcements coming from Al Iskandariyah I assaulted the city with Infantry followed up by tanks. My lone bomber squadron provided constant bombing and naval assets protected the shoreline. The southern front is also going ahead of schedule.
I was going to wait for the Merkavas to be deployed but got tired of waiting. I plan to cross the Nile at Asyut and Al Akrad
then head north from there to secure the airfield at Hulwan. In the northern front Ill have to take Al Iskandariyah and then
follow the road southeast to Al Jizah.

Egypt has not sent any forces back towards Sudan , nor have they advanced against Isreal. Libyian Intel detected activity in Sinai near the captured Israeli Base at Ramon. The Egyptians are building a new aircraft fabrication plant. Its still at least 3 months from being completed. Israel is rationing almost all commodities on a daily basis despite UN AID.

Syria has been cut off from the Israeli front so it continues its war with Turkey. The fielded thier newest tank, a Merkava 4
this month and sent it north to Turkey. Its now in repairs Syria has managed to fight off the highly motivated Turks and
after a few setbacks earlier this month seem to have gained some momentum.

Sudan is facing 2 enemies to thier south and both have been advancing. Ethiopia has not captured any cities but has managed to push past and bypassing Al Qadarif. Eritrea on the otherhand has managed to get a few units up along the coast and are less than 80km away from the capital. They have also pushed Sudanese forces back Kassala.

Russia is mostly quiet on all fronts but the front with Turkey has seen the most action. Turkey had pushed Russian forces
back but now Russia has started another small offensive in the area around Erzincan and have totally surrounded Erzurum.
They are using a mixture of Infantry and Armor plus attack helo's and supply aircraft.

China has lost over 800km2 and 240,000 men have died or been wounded. They have not done anything about the naval fleet out of gas between Brunei and Vietnam. They did manage to retake the airfield at Sayn-Shanda but again, most units fighting in or close to Mongolia are out of fuel. Im not sure what has happened to the Chinese airforce but Libyian intelligence has only been able to spot a few squadrons located around the region and those reports only suggest 1 squadron of supply planes.

Venezuela continues to have battle after battle in the area between San Cristobal and Bucaramanga. Columbia now control Rubiobut that will probally chande in a day or so. That village has been captured and lost many times this month. They also have a naval assualt fleet loading up at Caracas. Its been loaded for several weeks and have not been able to find out any information as to its possible destination.


I have attained some new allies this month.

Nigeria is a good ally because they have one of the deepest treasuries at thier disposal. They are involved in several wars
but are protected by neutral regions around them. They are willing to pay top $$$ for any and all designs and that sounds
good to me.

Uzbekistan was pursued as a good source of metal ore and we had good relations with them. They are at war with my ally China as well and having them may come in handy in the future.

Iran was made an ally because they too have deep pockets but mainly got them for a future possibilities if some relations
start to wither in that area of the world.

Uganda, I was more or less force to find another ally on the African continent and needed one close to Tanzania. Uganda
shares a border with them and also Sudan. I have full transit thru both regions and conquering Tanzania will give me a border with South Africa.

Lebanon is a new ally and has made great progress against Israel but has been quiet for most of this month. Lebanon has lost 12 units while destroying 143. They report 41,981 dead/wounded.

My war with Tanzania came as a surprise but they have plenty of resources that can be tapped into and used. That war will have to wait until I finish Egypt. I am not going to be in a big hurry. Turkey is high on the provocation and with a big navy they could easily swamp mine. Keeping them off my coast would be a big problem for me at the moment and I must prepare for that possibility.


The U.S. has not invaded Cuba but continues to pound them with either naval assets or air and missiles or probally a
a combination of both.

The price of MG's is at $268,067. Most regions that I have looked at now have some stockpiles of MG.

Good read. But I am curious. What is the reason for constantly trading for only 1 uran with a few countries? Are you doing it to give them MG but feel you must get something in return? This also counts as a trade deal so would affect your standing with them. Perhaps it is simply a long term policy to constantly and slowly increase standing?

All the above. Although Im not sure if theres a difference for relations. I use Uranium cause its usually the one commodity a region will trade.

Synopsis

War with Egypt was very slow this month. Only a few air strikes were conducted against some infantry vehicles that proved to
be mostly ineffective. EIFV is hard to root out of thier entrenched positions. Using missiles against them is almost
pointless until you can bring in some heavier armor units to help move them. I'm slowly building up forces near Asyut. The
city is heavily garrisoned and has a EIFV unit entrenched there. The surrounding cities around Asyut are also heavily
garrisoned making an assualt from multiple directions impossible. I may have found a hole in their defenses at Farshut. A
Vodnik battalion walts right into the city after Air sorties reported no ground activity in the area. They also reported that
the village of Dishna is clear as well. I have sent 2 infantry battalions to probe the defenses and if possible secure the
bridge between Farshut and Dishna. If I can cross the river there, I can bypass most of the heavily garrisoned villages and
cities.
The war effort in northern Egypt is on a hold till facilities at Marsa Matruh come online. The airfield and sea pier was
heavily damaged during the air campaign and the assault of the city. The barracks there is operational but the airfield at
Tobruk is too far away to effectively conduct air ops in the area. 4 sqaudrons of L-39ZA Albatros's have been running air
patrols in the Med and have managed to sink 2 or 3 Egyptian ships. They have also detected a large amount of Turkish naval assets in the area. Something that will be a big concern if relations with Turkey continue to fall. The civilians and
diplomats are outraged and have a good case against Libya (55%) to go to war. The likelihood that will attack Libya is high.

With these threats , I decided to pull out some units from reserve and will start deploying them in coastal cities that dont
have a Barracks. A couple battalions of infantry and an AA battalion will suffice until an actual Dow. The threat of an
AI pre-planned surprised attack is really really low but Ill still be somewhat protected from it in the mean time. I have
also Q'd up some anti-ship missiles to be built. The Sadsack can be launched by land,sea or air. Once I get a decent amount of those built , I will deploy missiles trucks along the coast loaded with these missiles to protect against any sea threats. I will also have to position some AA to protect these from air and missile strikes.

Chad also has increased its Defcon to 1. The likelihood they will attack is also high but they are also in a war with Cnetral
Africa and the defcon increase could signal the start of an offensive with them. Chad also shares a common enemy with Libya, Tanzania.

The war is costing me 115M daily not counting the costs of new units being produced which is at 58M daily.

Economically Libya is in good shape. I have paid off all the debt using the proceeds from selling unit designs to Nigeria and
Iran. I will continue this for quite some time to cover the stockpiling of all commodities and the small trade deficit its
causing. The trade deficit is from buying electricity. My demand is over 300,000 units daily and only producing 56,000 units
Even though I have a stockpile of almost 28M units , I can only sustain power demands for 105 days if I do not have minister buy power. This next year I will have to increase my power production. It is however, cheaper to buy power than it is to produce. The only thing I am exporting thru the world market is Petro and Consumer Goods. Military Goods are being sent to aid favorable allies and used to buy large quanties of other commodities that I can not produce.

Politically I'm satisfied with most of my allies and relations with other regions. Alliances are starting to come together
around the world and the allies I have chosen are in strategic positions for future actions against other regions.
North Korea will eventually fall but that was expected. I was hoping world events would favor them gaining China as an ally
but it didnt work out. I still need one more ally to be located in Southern Europe. Italy would be my favorite but I may be
able to use the war between Bosnia and Croatia to gain favor in one of these regions. My relations with all European regions
will need alot of work no matter who I choose. I have plenty of time though to decide, Annexing European regions is a long
term plan. I may not have a need to if Turkey decided to Dow Libya. I could use that area along with the former region of
Greece as a staging area for operations in Europe.

Plans for the next year will be to continue to build up and streamline my military. Finish the war in Egypt and Tanzania.
Build up infrastruture as needed and build facilities to make Libya self sufficient in all commodities.

Year in Review Jan-Dec 2020 Allies.

Lebanon- This recent ally has been recieving help from Libya for quite some time. Its successes against Israel have been
impressive. They have destroyed 143 units while only losing 12 of thier own. Total dead and wounded are at 54,785. They
have taken Tel Aviv-Yafo which is currently under an artillery barrage from Israeli artillery. The war has put them over
50 Billion in debt however and they are recieving alot of U.N. aid. Libya is thier only Ally.

Syria- This ally was almost conquered by Israel before Lebanon got involved. They also was embroiled in war with Turkey.
They have suffered quite abit militarly. They have lost 319 units while only destroying 79 enemy units and have 223,384
casualties. Completely protected from Israel though, they have managed to survive a Turkish counterattack after the fall of
Greece and are once again pushing back into Turkey. Libya is thier only ally.

Iran- This formal alliance was announced in November(IIRC). They are involved in wars with Israel, Pakistan,Saudi Arabia and Turkey. They have destroyed 53 enemy units and lost 29 with 12,894 casualties. The war with Israel looks to be in name only. Thier war with Saudi Arabia is so far a naval battle in the Persian Gulf and Iran has lost control of some of thier oil platforms. Thier war with Pakistan has gained them alot of ground but they have only captured the village of Turbat. Thier main push seems to be headed towards the oil resources located around Qambar but are still several hundred KM's from there. Libya is thier only ally.

Uzbekistan- This recent ally has already conquered Kyrgyzstan. They also are at war with Libyian ally China as well as
South Korea. They have pushed out all Chinese forces that were cut off from China by Kazakhstan and control the town of
Kashi formerly Chinese territory. All total, they have destroyed 48 enemy units, lost 7 and have 41,861 dead/wounded.
Khazakstan is also thier ally.

Sudan- This region is starting to go bankrupt. They have many enemies and thier bad infrastructure is a burden to thier
war effort. Their war with Central Africa is stopped by poor supply in jungle areas and they failed to capture any supply
sources in that region to aid thier efforts. They have yet to enage CDR in any way. Thier war with Egypt has been quiet
ever since Libyian air and missile strikes either destroyed the Egyptian units or made them retreat. Eritrea has tried a
small offensive towards the Sudanese capital at Bur Sudan but its was only a couple of units and they were beaten back.
Ethiopia has pushed into Sudanese territory but hasnt captured any major village or town but AL Qadarif is cut off from
the rest of the region. All total Sudan has lost 21 units while destroying 9 enemy units. They have 24,612 casualties.

Nigeria- This ally is involved with 4 wars. Eritrea,Ethiopia, Mali and Morocco. None of which they have engaged in
any form. I consider them to be the richest ally, they have over 1 billion in their treasury and no debt. Libya is thier only
ally.

Uganda- This ally was not on my list until Tanzania Dow'd Libya. They share a border with Tanzania and Sudan and deploying air and ground units to that area will be easier than any other region. They are also at war with Tanzania and have just in the last few days started another offensive into that region. They have not reported any units destroyed but have 972 dead/wounded and report destroying 0 enemy units.

Venezuela- This ally really needs to build or capture a land fabrication facility. My plans to supply them with vehicles has
been delayed. Thier offensive against Columbian forces is not going as well as I had hoped. They have also moved thier
command vehicle to Maracaibo. This worries me after what I saw happen to Greece. I hope the Venezuelian leaders dont pull this type of stunt. Im surprised that the Naval Assualt fleet that they had loaded up in Caracus unloaded them there. Their war with both Brazil and Guyana has been extremely quiet. Neither off the 3 of taken any new ground against each other. Venezuela reports destroying 23 units but has suffered 34 units lost to enemy actions. They have 60,173 dead/wounded.Libya is thier only ally.

Russia- One of my most important allies. They have numerous enemies in all directions except from due north. Thier western
front is active but has slowed down lately. The Finnish resistance/partisans still control several areas behind the main frontline. Russia controls Loviisa but it has no garrisons to maintain order. Very few Russian units are on this front.
The Polish front has been quiet as well. Khaliningrad still remains in Russian control depsite several Polish attempts to
capture it but it has bottled up the Russian effort to conquer Lithuania. Lithuania has managed to recapture all of losses
except the village of Kedainiai and Paneveys which is heavily defended by garrisoned units and ground attack aircraft.
The southern front involves Turkey and Azerbaijan. They have managed to root out the Turks from Erzurum this past month but failed on the attempt to take Erzincan. A current operation against Ganca,Azerbaijan looks as though it might succeed. This is the last position in western Azerbaijan and if its taken might signal the end for Azerbaijan which only controls a few villages aroung thier capital. Iraq has yet to engage any Russian units or take any land. Russian controls 3 villages in territory loyal to Kurdistan but has not garrisoned any troops there. Iraq has not taken any action to annex this area.

The Russian-Chinese border is relatively quiet. The river seperating most of the border areas has been heavily garrisoned at
the main crossing areas. Both sides look to be taking the wait and see approach.
Russia reports the following totals. 603 enemy units destroyed, 435 units lost and 311,534 dead/wounded. They have another ally in Tajikistan.

China- Another ally that is important. The Chinese have the biggest treasury currently at $347,739M but also have a debt of $2,336,579M. They have destroyed 533 enemy units and lost 518 with 249,447 casualties. They continue to lose landmass and thier only successes look to have come against Mongolia. They have yet to supply the thier navy assualt fleet thats been out of gas for 3 or 4 months. They did manage to repel a small invasion by Taiwan. They have huge stockpiles of commodities and are very stingy to Libya when it comes to buying from them. The status of ally has not improved the prices for Libya and therefore I have not done much trading with them. Libya is thier only ally.

North Korea- The weakest ally by far. Im surprised that they have survived this long. South Korea is now attacking NK areas north of the capital. I have been supplying NK with Petro and CG when they get short but since they Dow'd China I been reluctant to send the MG. They are a lost cause. I was hoping that them in China would ally, this would give them a better chance to succeed but it didnt work out. The times I do trade with them is deplete thier commodities that would end up in SK control. They have lost 1,083 units and destroyed 157 enemy units. They have suffered 412,979 Casualties, the most of any region. They have also lost the most units. Besides Libya, they also have an Turkmenistan as an ally.

North America- Only consiting of 2 regions. U.S. and Canada and they are allies. Niether is currently involved in a war. The
U.S. now covers 1,728,000KM2 and has 5.69M Military( largest in the world) after abosrbing both Mexico and Cuba. Canada has alliances with U.K.,U.S.and Dominican Republic.

Central America- 20 regions with Haiti and Dominican Republic at war with each other. This wars front has not changed in several months. The borders are still the original borders. Neither side has lost a unit. Haiti reports 194 casualties. DR
reports 32. DR has also announce a formal alliance with Canada. El Salvador and Honduras have each other as allies. Jamaica is allied with UK. No other regions have announced Formal Alliances.

South America- 12 regions. 6 are at war with Brazil. Suriname and Uraguay are the only regions in this area not at war.
