Its not a simple yes or no question.

If i am playing a game for testing purposes, yes i may cheat on occasion to get a better view of mechanics.

If i am playing a game for sheer time wasting fun, sure i might cheat, especially to help out the AI.

BUT if im playing a game for the fun of playing the game,no i dont cheat than.

Lets not forget, that most "cheats" are not created as cheats, but instead as "tools" to let the devs see how things are working.

yeah but my question is who cheats for FUN

i cheat for two reasons
1. i suck at economy as my signature clearly states
2.heck for me its fun watching the AI geting slaughter with my hordes of units but i still expect the ai to act SMART not dumb

i do hate people who cheat to win and i also hate people who cheat in multiplayer but still does anybody think of the people who do it for fun? NO   they think that evrybody cheats to win. though i do understand they do it for tools, but it would be cool if you make them just for the fun of it

this is why i cheat

"cheat endday" is good for waiting what the hell is about to happen and you are bored to death.

"cheat georgew" is good for giving the money to others to make allies since some scenarios have faulty relationships and need some remake.
