The only one's I think that might help some is the body armor techs. Course that effects infantry.

what could increase the efficiency of your units in urban warafre is mostly training, adapted weapons (easy to handle, powerfull with lot's of ammo) and reliable comms hardware.

In game's there's nothing, apart specific training, that directly give you all that but there are techs that improve effectiveness.
