We havent had many A.A.R.s lately and i am enjoying Felinis's so much, that i decided to start another one.

This one i hope to make in story form ,much more detail oreinted than i normally do, and to infact add each section as i play it.So while im playing the game , i will be coming here and posting additions.

I cant promise this will ever be finished.This will also NOT be spelling, grammar or typo checked, so relax about anything of that manner before proceeding.

The year is 2016.
The world, though it didnt know it, had entered a time of change.

Three years previous, an american known only as "tkobo" led what is now refferred to as the "Great MMO Revolt".

This "revolt" was really nothing more than consumers fed up with an incredibly poor product,the unwillingness and ineptitude of the current government at the time to control the producers of siad products in any meaningful way, the unfair ways in which the producers of these products were allowed to treat their customers,and a general overall perception that liberal, conservative,grass root,etc.. were all the same thing, taking illegal steps to try and correct so much that needed to be.

People had no faith in their governments, the corporations,the businesses and the industries that continued to show that their only real goal was to make their self selected few rich.
The governments had NO measureable concern for their people, the corporations and industries no measureable concern for their customers and even less for their workers.

This all made what should have been a minor domestic revolt aimed at a particular issue (much as the whiskey tax revolt of 1794),grow beyond anything anyone had forseen as even remotely possible.

It started with a small group of "revolutionaries" staging small DNS and internet based attacks against the MMO companies.These were successful to a point at first, but grew to have less impact as they went on.

This lead to armed attacks on the very buildings that housed the corporations,their infrastructure and even the personal homes of the MMO corporations top people.

Now these acts were all quite illegal.They should have been condemned by the population at large.BUT as pointed out earlier, the population was fed up with the very people the acts were aimed at.And so oddly enough, the population embraced the revolt,depsite its clearly illegal methods.

In the end , the revolt climaxed with most of the top MMO developers and their corporate controllers being hauled outlitterally into the streets ,and shot.


The products and infrastructure of the MMO industry was turned over in whole to an elected group of people who would be responsible for running them.These people would be under 100% ,24/7 Surveillance.No part of their lives would be spared personal inspection by those who paid for the product they made and were in charge of.

The quality of MMO's soared thru the roof. The player base, which many of the innept MMO devs had crowed about when they had achieved a mere 300K or so for thier individual products,was now in the tens of millions per product.All in under 2 years.

The population who had embraced this revolt,took a look at the rest of the governmental and industrial infrastructures and said to themselves 'why not do the same here ? "

Before the next year was out Tkobo was elected president of the U.S. Term limits were removed.And the president now had the power to remove the heads of any governmental and industrial structures, as he willed.This power was never actaully required to be used though, as the new manditory 24/7 survaliance of any office holder or corporation member resulted in the removal of those unfit for the position faster and more effeciently than any single person could.

It seemed that given the oppurtunity and the tools, the people embraced the chance to watch and hold accountable those incharge with a relish rarely seen before in human history.

The self-serving and innept could not hide their incompetance or corruption from the rabid audience that expected them to act in just such a manner. And they being what they were, could not help trying to get away with acting that way.So they were exposed and removed faster than even the postings on the internet could keep up with.

The rest of the world had however continued down the same old path it had traveled for the majority of recorded history.

And so, the world once again stood at the brink of world war.And america was no longer willing to intervene in any manner.All her troops were home and the nation itself had been concentrating on being self-sufficient.Isolationist,while it strived to straighten out its own domestics messes.

Most nations however could not make any headway in solving their own domestic messes.And with staggering amount of world aid no longer being handed out,the world was a bigger mess than ever before.

So again, here we stand. The year is 2016. The world is a mess.The U.S. is run by the president(although the term was now misleading)Tkobo.



On march 20 2016 a long awaited Intelligence assessment was handed to president tkobo.It was about what was expected, and it was ugly.

Tkobo realized he would have to greatly excellerate his national reforms package.

Top most on that list was a solid alliance with Canada and Mexico.A complete revamp of the armed forces and a forced descrease is consumer consumption and hence use of resources.This last part would of course be accompanied by a major building up of resource industries and a forced rise in consumer end prices.

Day 1 -- or March 20 2016.
Military orders:Units

Upon reading the latest intel assessment, tkobo put out the order to sell off and /or scrap all unessential military units.

Heavy armor like the m1 and m2 tanks are too be kept and routed to the Mexican border.

Said units are to be supported should hostilities break out, by national gaurd units which are also being moved to staging areas on that border.

The goal is to secure the border with Mexico with enough troops to hold off any invasion,while revamping the military from the bottom up.
Almost all other army units are to be dispanded with their personal reassigned to reserve to await their new assignments to more modern equiped units.

The airforce and navy will under go similar programs.If there is a better unit for the job that can be produced now or in the near future,it will be and the older unit sold off to support the costs.

The current state of the world makes invasion by sea or air unlikely,as most regions cannot rally enough initiative or organization to pull such a move off.
"This gives us the perfect window to revamp our forces" tkobo tells his military leaders."AND we will use it".

Military orders: bases
This will be the largest base closing move in the history of the US.Far too many bases are simply not needed.
"And they will " ,vows Tkobo, "not be allowed to consume funds that could be better used in research ,nation building,military rebuilding, or the establishment of more Red Haired Green Eyed Serving Wench academies".


Political: alliance hopes.

Tkobo issues orders to follow any possible course of action to win both Mexico and Canada into solid allainces.
"America will need time to complete rebuilding and restructuring""To this end we will seek will all haste and energy to secure our borders thru diplomacy".

Canada tkobo feels can be won over with the proper enticements.Mexico,since it has been openly controlled by Drug Cartels since the late 2000's is another matter entirely.BUT the effort will be made.

Hence the order is given for daily diplomatic engagements with both nations.


Industrial and Domestic :
In his daily conference with industry and domestic leaders tkobo states.
"Instituted Immediately, all heads of industries and domestic regions will compile lists of needs and ways to meet them"
"We will have a building program with almost no limited in order to meet the nations needs"

"Also consumerism is far too rampant""To combat this, the nation as a whole will be forced to choose their purchases more carefully as the costs of these purchases will be raised until such times as when the consumption of goods does not create an undue stress on the nation".

End of first week of Programs:

Over the last week, more than 100billion dollars in cash has been given to Canada and Mexico in one sided diplomatic deals.

Hundreds of military units have been sold off or scrapped.Almost all airstrip have been scrapped .












Tkobo adresses the nation.
"Good evening, the first week of this nations dramatic restructuring program has ended"
"I am pleased to announce great strides have been accomplished in domestic, industrial and diplomatic needs"
"The nation no longer suffers under any shortages of resources or goods"

"In addition we are very pleased with the results of our diplomatic meetings with Canada.We see an alliance as the only likely outcome.And expect one to soon become reality"

"Sadly, we have seen no common ground gained with Mexico from our diplomatic overtures.We will never the less continue to strive to achieve such"
"But our hopes are fading" "It is up to me, to make sure you are prepared as a nation if the worst case,which as we see it is war with Mexico occurs".

The year is 2016.The day June 15th

"Good evening"

"Under the command Of General Tolstoy,American troops have advanced into mexican territory seizing multiple cities and the surrounding open land in the first stage of creating a buffer zone between Americas land and population from any possible mexican assualt"

"This mockup shows the advance lines of over 210 divisions of American armor, infrantry and artillary on the first stage of thier advance"



"American forces encountered only slight resistance in the form of small garrisons in the cities of Tijuana,Ensanada and Ciudad Jaurez.All of these mexican garrisons were overwhelmed and eliminated"More slight resistance was encountered in the city of Matamoros, this unit was comprised of infrantry fighting vehciles, but retreated south soon after the start of the engagement"
"In addition one small naval engagement took place when a Mexican patrol boat entered American waters in the vicinity of South East Cuba.It was of course met and dispatched by american submarines"

"An airstrip near the city of Monterey was captured and 7 units of f-14s flown in to help support the ground troops"

"American causualies were fairly light ,with losses just over 100 men reported""No american units were destoryed"
Casualties for Mexico are estimated at over 2000, with at least 5 units completely destroyed"

"All movements and objectives for the first advance were completed on June 11th.

"Once this first stage of the advance was completed,American forces moved deeper into Mexican territory to expand the buffer zone."

"The second stage met even less resistance,with only sporadic fighting in the area of Ciudad Victoria.In this area 3 units of Mexican infrantry fighting vehicles ,consisting mostly of LAV-PC ,advanced likely as scouts right into the teeth of 7 units of m1a2s.Two of the Mexican units were destroyed, and the third retreated badly mauled"

"This stage of the advance to create a buffer zone was completed on june 14th"
"This completed the buffer zone as ordered"

"American casualties stayed around 100, while Mexican casualties soared to almost 4000"

"Still no sign of any large scale Mexican forces"

"The buffer zone completed and secure, units were ordered to dig in and hold against any possible counter attack,while our diplomatic corps was given time to try and get the Mexican Govemrent to except at least a ceasefire"
