It would seem when the hosting provider killed our forum a few months back, these files where part of the casualty. I'll have to find them all again and repost. May be a few days, but I'll start with UK when I get to it...

Most of the files have now been reposted on the Wiki and I'll work to get a few more up. As usual, request if you need. I also reviewed the entier Modding page, made some corrections and additions, including a section for the Configuration files so take a look there if you have any questions.

AS you friendly local pest, I must pester you in order to remind you that neither South America nor the the United States may be downloaded, and that moreover, I would be truly grateful for South Asia and Russia's CVars :)

I've modified all WWIII regions to low-tech (40), and have removed all of each region's researched techs. However, researched unit designs for tech level 80+ still exist when I build the .MAP and .GAM files with the editor and load the game.

How do I remove a region's pre-researched unit designs?

...there are some designs for units dating back to the 60's in the srunits.csv... wish I could lay my hands on a really comprehensive srunits.csv with units dating back to WWII... -->
