Crash

After installing the game, and trying to play it, the screen flashes a few times then nothing happens - no title screen or anything. I had this problem the first time I installed the game, but I seem to recall that I had to do something with the launch code or something like that - perhaps the four digit code??? Because the game should definitely work since this same problem happened to me before, I just forgot what tricky thing I had to do with the launch code in order to run the game...

hmm, not sure what your previous solution was, can't see the launch code having anything to do with your crash, it is not used at the launch of the game. I take it you did not even see the logo screen?

I'd probably suggest sending me an e-mail with your DXDiag log file. You can get this by going start-run and typing DXDIAG. Then chose save all information.
