spelling error

small spelling error in the Africa map... The military base next to the city Harare in the Namibian Federation (Harare, the capital city of Zimbabwe) is misspelled as "HAHARE". It probably should be "Harare".

I know there's more important things to fix than spelling. But this also has got to be one of the easiest to fix.
