Slow frame rate on mac

Hi,

I have problem with slow frame rate on mac with SRU bought from STEAM.

Game version: 9.1.85

MacBook pro:
CPU: 2,3 GHz Intel Core i5
RAM: 8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
GPU: Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 1536 MB
OS: Mojave 10.14.4 (18E226)

I tired different options and resolution combination. Nothing helped. :(

I think this is just unfortunately the way the mac version is.It is running through WINE which will give a performance hit.
I got a MacBook pro a bit faster than yours (one generation older but the fastest model of that line) and I do not exactly find that the mac version runs all that well either. That is not considering I got audio glitches and whatnot.

My recommendation is running the windows version of the game through bootcamp or a virtual machine. Last I checked I found that the windows version running through Parallels desktop ran better than the mac version.
I know this is not an ideal solution but I suspect it is the best one there is.

I do keep poking George about this, but we currently lack a Mac machine at the office to test with.
