Hi all,
So, as you take cities, there is inevitably damage done to each city/town and facility. Is there any advantage to repairing these buildings besides bringing them back up to max health? Ex: Is production increased?
Thanks for any info.

Yes, but you may never recoup your investment making repairs in non-loyal territory.

I mean, there's no way to explain it without long formulas. Basically the cost of repairs in both $ and industrial goods, scaled with damage, times the production penalties from low supply and disloyal territory modifiers, etc. The time it would take to recoup your investment is usually measured in decades, and a lot of players don't play that long.

Gotcha. And the damaged buildings still do function, correct? The just don't function at as high a level than if they were repaired?

Interesting info, so production at a facility does actually drop over time?
