Westland are known for having license produced various US helicopters under license, however I think they modify them enough to justify adding them as units in their own right, for the UK to research.
I would propose the following helicopters for the UK research tree:
Whirlwind - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Westland_ ... elicopter)
Wessex, both a transport and an anti-submarine version - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Westland_Wessex
Sea King Commando - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Westland_Sea_King

Re: Westland Helicopters
All three of those names seem very familiar. You're sure they are in the equipment list?

Re: Westland Helicopters
The Whirlwind is in there, it just uses the WS-55 designation, the year is 1953, its got the M flag, but I can't figure out what it needs to research, I'm researching "Air Force Production 65" and I still haven't seen it. Maybe the dependences are wrong?
Wessex HAS.3 Wessex I can see now, its comes a bit later than I thought, but after doing some research you have the right date. It comes with Modern helicopter 3 which makes sense.
Wessex HC.2 is a 58 year, but I cant figure out how to research it as I would have thought I could, because Modern Helicopter doesn't show it so I think the tech may be wrong.
The HAS.2 (anti-sub) Sea King is present, but the Commando version isn't (dedicated troop transport with more room and no ASW stats).
