A bunch of wrong flags like, Baltics, Spain and the Spanish Civil War dosen't launch

Precisely which flags are wrong please.

Spanish Civil War requires some events that aren't input yet. There are lots of other events that don't happen yet either.

Baltic, meaning Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Also Spain has the republican gov as they supposed to at the game start but the Fraconian flag of their Civil War enemies. The Batlics have their SSR flags, which was given to them in 1940 when they where annexed as rebulics in USSR. Estonia and Latvia had their modern day flags and if memory serves the same applies for Lithuania as well.
