Bosa mod (for SR CW 7.3.1)

Bosa's mod offer reasonable complication of game.

This mod create for play at small or averages countries:
- play for USSR, USA, China e.t.c. easy than original cold war scenario;
- play for small country more hard, but interesting for skilled players
(in future your country may be most powerful in the world
or/and you can help other country become center of power).

Common changes:
- reballance units, buildings, techs;
- change events file;
- change map file;
- change relations;
- add 66 new techs;
- add 16 new especial units;
- delete sea transport units and some over useless units;
- more stability economic;
- powerful countries wars.

Installation:
- if *.exe extract archive in game's folder with replacement original files (spotting.csv and LocalText-TTR.csv).
- if *.rar extract archive and then place files in the corresponding directories with replacement original files (spotting.csv and LocalText-TTR.csv).
