In a month or two...
Anyway, it has nothing to do with BG as Paradox is responsible for distribution...so if you want to speed the process up you should probably storm Paradox forums instead

Tried external monitor at different resolution, and updated graphics drivers, still does it.

I have to say, I am VERY disappointed. Whatever the problem is, it wasn't doing it on the second to last beta. I have a very common graphics setup (intel HD integrated), so there must be more people suffering this, I know of at least one other person who mentioned this last time....

I had three people report this, I think were the one person who send me a DXDiag, found nothing out of order, but will still be going over it with George. The key change made on our end was the change from Directx8 to Directx9 support. Not really something we can 'roll back'.

Have you tried running the game windowed mode vs. full screen?

The DXDiag came from me.

The flickering stops in windowed mode, but then I have a problem scrolling the screen sometimes (the mouse pointer sort of gets 'trapped' in the lower part of the screen, where the taskbar would normally show).

Try using windowed mode where the game resolution is the same as your screen resolution. That's the best we've got for now.

Its not like Intel graphics doesn't have issues with other games. Its probably the most complained about GPUs when it comes to trying to run games. But I certainly hope it gets straigtened out.

As to the timing of the release.. well I won't say what i'm thinking but uh.. really day before new years.. you really trying to force me to spend new years eve updating my mods (yes the world revolves around me accept it :D )

To be fair though at least you hit the target year.

Edit: WTF is "world inflation" and what determines it? Is it an amalagam of inflation across the world.. or is it increased depending on year.. cause i'm seeing costs/prices jump to crazy heights after about a month in game.(mod of course not vanilla)

Edit2: nvm.. gd Ai likes to run inflation up to 10% and you added the inflation effects back.. lol. Gonna have to totally redo the economy and actually care about inflation and unemployment now.
Total pain in the rump but i'm glad they are back.
