im torn....the first few shows in season one were really good. That whole first few days during the disaster presentation is very hard to beat.

IF the people in charge have half a brain, they will mix in some new survivors to the group by doing shows that are pretty much dedicated to that chars full journey to the point of joining the group. They really need to go deeper into the individual chars early experiences as well.Lets not forget the sheriff didnt actually exp the beginning. So, neither have we the audience yet in the measure we should have.

And while doing so,some of the new chars should not survive to join the group. So as we watch each new storyline,we have little to no idea if they survive to that point or not.

The Walking Dead features direct control, and you play as Lee throughout the game. We want you to experience the types of choices and conflict, and the extended fallout from those choices, that Rick experiences in the comics and the show -- hence you playing as the same character throughout the season -- but everyone involved agreed that literally putting you in Rick's shoes would defeat the point, because you'd already know what he would do in every key moment of his post-coma life.

The game has action moments and times when a split second decision or reaction is required, but by and large we're working to make sure there is a 1:1 correlation between what you're doing with the controller or keyboard/mouse, and the action on screen, as opposed to the one-step-removed abstracted feeling you can get with quick-time events.dev team

second season is now no question, the better of the 2.

Dale.... did NOT see that coming TIL he said that line about "not wanting to live in a world like that".At that point it was pretty clear, his time was limited. And the other death from last show, or to be more precise, the death setup....

If you missed it, rewatch 18 miles out.A main char killed himself in it, and he doesnt know it yet.Its easy to spot if your looking for it.

Walking dead game by telltale scheduled for release apr 30th or so.You can pre-order right now.Not having a clue yet what the game play is actually like, with all the information ive seen so far directly from the devs and open to interpretation,im not going to pre-order myself.

That said, i did already make room in the budget for the game, as i do expect it to be good.So hopefully next month ill have a new game i enjoy.

This by the way is said to NOT even remotely be a shooter.Though there is a small bit of shooting in it,its claimed to be an open world survival game strongly centered on interaction with other survivors and scavenging.
