Socialist Federal Republic of YugoslaviaThis is my view of the AAR in question as leader of Yugoslavia.
Session no. 1 First obligation as the leader of a 3rd world country was to secure my position in this unsecure world by signing alliances and more importantly mutual defense pacts (that are not visible to other players and act as a secret alliances). However, my choices were influenced more by others than my own wishes as you will see further down the road of this report.
Although, my first plan was to remain unaligned for as long as possible, the coming to power of a crazed dark dictator (

) in USSR removed any doubt from the table. Something had to be done, and it had to be done fast. As USA was far across the ocean and presented far less of an danger, I had to do something to contain the danger in my backyard. Upon the arrival of alliance request from USSR, I didn’t waste much of a thought and I accepted.
Early tensions in Middle East between Egypt and Israel, somewhat divided the remaining human players into two support groups. USA leading one group and USSR leading other. This situation brought me alliances with Egypt and China, and non aggression pacts with countries this report will not name for security reasons.
Started to expand my industrial capacities by scraping a lot of low supply hydro plants and replacing them with high supply coal plants. All future facilities are being built in a +98% supply zone around the capital. Started building
X research centers to improve the rate of development (
for security reasons number is replaced with X).
Session no. 2All was well and calm until October 22, the day unstable dictator of USSR (

) declared war to Turkey and than went on holiday (

). Luckily, his generals were so afraid of “work” camps in Siberia so they did pretty good job during that campaign up until UK decided to interfere. At that point, it was our obligation to help contain UK’s involvement in this proxy war.
After UK’s special forces landed in Istanbul it was time for us to respond with strong and decisive strike.
Operation Unofficial Containment commenced, as we sent
X units of Motorized Infantry and
X Artillery units and
X supply trucks (
for security reasons number is replaced with X).. We decided that this force would suffice to capture and hold only “European” part of Turkey.
After initial success and capture of part of Istanbul on the west side of the Bosporus strait we decided to dig in and hold the city. This was first time we encountered UK special forces unit but they all died during battle, before we could interrogate them to see if they were part of the elite SAS.
UK kept pilling their forces in “east” Istanbul to ensure the Turkey’s independence and soon started to receive USA help in units. With chance of being overrun, we had to stop USA from delivering more forces into the area.
We surrounded the Dardanelles strait and annihilated incoming USA merchant marines. It took some time for UK’s response and their response was an unpleasant one, unbecoming of gentlemen we thought they were. A huge number of RAF bombers attacked our supply and medivac trucks resulting in destruction of 6 such units and many civilian lives

. With the assistance of JRZ consisting of
X Yak 23 airplanes we managed to prevent further breach of Geneva Conventions

. Soon after that Turkey capitulated and was annexed by the USSR.
In the meantime North Korea attacked South Korea and lost due to the fact China was not involved in conflict (leader missing) and USSR forces were late since the return of their leader from the vacation early scared the living sh* out of them
Also, on a more "world peace" note, we tried to intermediate with USSR to stop KGB sabotages and killings in Cuba as it was ruining the image of the red sphere and a lot of countries ran to the blue sphere in hope of protection.
Their response made us believe those actions will stop.
ACROSS THE GLOBE (news section trivia):“The irony of this war was that even though UK and Yugoslavia had a non aggression pact signed, during fights in this proxy war, UN representatives state that 6 Yugoslav units were killed by UK and 14 UK units were killed by Yugoslavia (who is also suspected of committing war crimes over British soldiers after the Turkey fell). No official comment was received from the two government in question. “Attachment:
