Is that normal that the wiki tell me to, for modding the flags by exemple, check into the Regional Date file that I can't find anywhere?

"Flags are assigned to regions using the Regional Data .cvp file."

I don't have a clue about how the file should look like and where he is(He is not in the Paradox file for sure).. Modding is certainly not for computer noob like me but there is a begining to everything.

The .cvp changes names based on the scenario. For example if your trying to mod global crisis your going to look for globalcrisis.cvp.
.CVP is the important part.. since thats the Regional data file.
