yet more major riots and violence in western china.Many of those killed ,were killed with knives.And in tibet,more people set themselves on fire,and in one case the chinese vendors threw rocks at the woman as she was burning to death.

China's most famous and renowned police officer (Wang Lijun) tried to defect to the US.He was highly publicized by china's communist government as the top cop against corruption.He's now being held by the government in an unknown location ,and said to be on a forced "vacation" and "health break".

The man who he served directly under,and once one of the most powerful men in the chinese government(Bo Xilai ),has been removed from office due in part to the above defection attempt and a power struggle in the communist government.He's now said to be under house arrest.

The above plus more has lead to a constant stream of "rumors" of coups attempts,and purges.There is also a more supported story starting to emerge about how Bo Xilai's wife was directly responsible for the death of a british businessman by the name of Neil Heywood ,who had "business" dealing with the wife.The story ,which now has some un-official confirmation from inside the chinese government,is that he was killed when the "business" he was conducting with the wife turned bad.

This is also said to be part of the reason why Wang Lijun tried to defect.Word is he knew about the killing,and went to Bo Xilai about it.One can imagine how that went......

Over 1,000 people arrested in china over the last few weeks for posts made on the internet about the current chinese government fiasco.This is confirmed by the chinese gov run daily news organization (Xinhua) and The State Internet Information Office .

Another high ranking part member is arrested,this one on charges of serial child molestation.Apparently ,after months of this behavior in public in front of a school no less,some of the parents who had reported him to local police got fed up and started to post about it online.It hit the chinese blogs,and wonder of wonders,the party stepped in an arrested him......

And today,is the 23rd anniversary of Tiananmen Square Massacre ,which of course means tons of arrests were made in the past week,and will continue to be made for a few more days yet.

...and another scandal involving yet another high ranking party member, Ling Jihua.Seems this poor communist worker,man of the party,managed to steal enough money to buy his son a ferrari.Which his son has recently crashed killing one of the cars other occupants.

The cars occupants were ling's son, and 2 ethnic minority women.Apparently ,the story currently is,sex and driving dont mix.And one of the women is now dead due to the crash.At least one.

So just how did this "man of the party" get so rich as to buy his son a Ferrari,why was the son partying with two women NOT of the han ethnic majority ( a HUGE no no for ranking party members),and just how reckless was his driving .....and now that one of the women is dead....just what if anything happens to the son ?

The father, so far all hes gotten is a slap on the wrist and a demotion to a lesser position.

Oh, and to top it off,one or possibly both women are tibetan.The other is either also tibetan,or Uighar. Reports vary.

Its also not clear if only one of the women was killed.....

The crash apparently happened on march 18.BUT the chinese government covered it up and never disclosed who the driver was.They even went so far as to block certain words that would lead one to the story,like ferrari.This of course had the effect of making people who were interested go looking for the event that triggered the word blocks.

Once they started looking,it wasnt all that hard even in censorship land to put the basic pieces together.Internet archives helped a lot, as even the pictures of the destroyed car were now gone from reports that had mentioned, barely,the crash.

The story came together,as much as it has,when Ling Jihua was demoted.They now knew the party member who was involved.

All that said,this story is still very unknown.Party sources are now saying the son died in the crash, and the two still officially unidentified women both suffered serious injury but were alive.On the other hand,reports from the non-gov controlled sources,are still saying at least one of the women died and they dont know if the son died.

The chinese culture,especially of Ding Zui ,will make this very hard to ever get the actual story of.

Party officials as well as family members have been executed in the past, remember a few years ago that the leader of the Guangzhou Military Region was executed for piracy in the South China Sea after an attempted cover-up by the Central Commitee.

hong kong has successfully defeated the chinese governments indoctrination class plans,for now at least.And in fact,the effort by the chinese gov to implement such,has currently strengthened the resolve of the residents of hong kong against china's intentions.

The chinese police chief who brought the who Heywood murder to light when he tried to defect in the U.S. consulate in Chengdu,is now going on trial in china.He is charged with and will be convicted of defection, abuse of power and accepting bribes.

He is of course the same chinese top cop, labeled a hero by the chinese state media for leading the country’s most high-profile and successful crackdown on organized crime in decades.For roughly 11 years he was their poster boy for uncovering and punishing corruption.

His reported exploits,proclaimed thruout china by the party,had put jackie chan action movie chars to shame.

No one in the obama administration has yet explained why he was not granted political asylum,and was instead handed back over to the chinese.

Another very large riot at a foxconn factory in china.

The china gov tried to paint this riot as a fight between workers.BUT the more likely truth has slowly fitlered out about how the fight was about a worker who had been badly beaten up by the factory guards.

The china gov ,then changed its tune to the fight started out between workers,and then turned into workers vs guards.

The guards are currently working very hard to keep reporters from interviewing the workers at the factory.The few quotes that have gotten out directly to reporters are along of the line of
"Fang Zhongyang 23-The guards here use gangster style to manage,"

And blogs tell a story of guards beating workers senseless.

you know Bo by now,well he was finally stripped of his last official office recently, this removes his immunity from prosecution afforded to many chinese gov officials.

On another note,the ny times,actually did some investigative reporting...they even did a good job for once also.Their report goes into depth on how a certain chineses goverment member went from dirt poor to a multi billionaire after getting into office.

And how many of his relatives,somehow managed the same,in the same time period.

As i said its pretty well done,and fairly indepth.Wen Jiabao and his family,and of course friends,have somehow managed to accumulate billions since his gaining office.

As any one who has any knowledge of china would expect,this has resulted in the blocking of the ny times in china,the blocking of stories containing wens name,etc...

The peasants must of course,be protected from the ebil west...and of course the knowledge of how the chinese gov is first and foremost enriching itself.....

During the Chinese Communist Party's choosing of the next privileged to enrich themselves while denying the opportunity to the rest of the population,pingpong balls are on the enemies list.As are working cab window handles.

Yup,if a cab driver spots you with a pingpong ball, they are instructed by the party to report you immediately.And dont think about rolling those windows down in your cab !Dont even think about it !They are on to you, and you wont be allowed to spread anti-revolutionary messages by tossing them from the taxi windows .

He Zhi Hua ,decided he'd try and stop the bulldozers from tearing down his local community,and laid down in front of one of them.The local vice mayor ordered the bulldozer forward knowing fully it would run over the man laying in front of it.

Wang Shi Jie made the list,when he tried to stop workers hired by local government officials from destroying his crops and confiscating his land .They shot him dead.
