I have also been playing World of Tanks the last two days. I am not all that impressed with it yet. Maybe I am missing somting...

As a side note, the same company is also making World of Warbirds,( or Warplanes, I forget actual name) an aircraft game. Supposedly, not a simple arcade thing either.

So on Tuesday Mass Effect 3 comes out. Or rather at 3/6/11 00:00:01 EST the game onlocks. So us west coast guys get the game unlocked at 9pm on monday. I know there have been allot of discussion reguarding the $60 price tag on games coming out these days. Whats your guys thought on the mater? Also the digital deluxe version is $86.89 after taxes on Orgin.

I'm waiting for Arma 3 to be released at the end of this year/early next year. Going to need a new PC though so getting a spec sorted now, so the parts will be much cheaper when I build it just before it comes out.

also, don't buy EA, they ruin everything.

I know there have been allot of discussion reguarding the $60 price tag on games coming out these days. Whats your guys thought on the mater?

For me, price is never an issue. My issues are;

1. My interest in the genre/game type.
2. My personal track record with developers of the game. (e.g.. how was the last game I purchased from them. Was it a stellar mess, did they support/patch/fix issues. How long did it take, etc?)
3. The general feeling I get from reading the Developers responses to questions regarding their game.

price counts for me.In the case of mass 3,its another reason i wont be buying it anytime soon.However I havent bought any of the mass series yet.The replay value is just too low for me in the series.For me at best this series would be alot like jade empire,which was a great game but had VERY limited replay.

Ill give arma 3 a look,but i still havent gotten past how messed up arma 1 was,so its not a likely buy for me.

Age of Decadence will be out soon,we could see the full demo anytime now.The talk from those who had glimpses is very positive.

This game could be so incredibly good.......I bought the alpha,much like i did with Mount and Blade,and though its still very feature poor,the game is fun.If it gets most of what they promise, this will be a classic.

Just like mount and blade,download the demo for free,and if you like it ,fork over a few bucks now to get the entire game (however it ends up)at a very discounted price.I went with the gamersgate download for a few extra dollars,as im more confident of them than i am of BMT.

I've been keeping an eye on kenshi. It has a lot of potential.. but theres not enough meat on it yet for me to dish out money for it. Its worth checking out, and if your into alpha funding (I'm not) its only 11$.

Kenshi is a revelation to me and it really looks interesting. I'll keep my eye on this one
