Do we need a more sophisticated control over the ministers' decisions?

All ideas are moved and worked out much better into a pdf document.

The forum unfortunately doesn't allow me to include pdf, doc or docx files,
so unpack and read with any PDF reader

like i'm gonna let a minister manage a theatre :roll:

first thing they do is pull all of my painstakingly prepositioned units back from the frontier and bring new units over from across the continent

Duh.. Those units I preposition I take off from minister control of course! :P

Yes, you simply select those units you want to preposition, and click on the same button (Global RoE)
only this time, your setting only effects the units you've selected

I've added a possible solution for this to the PDF file. Which is inside the 7zip to be downloaded. Let me hear what you think about it..or a possible better
solution..
