I was wondering will there be peace keeping mission for soldiers, ie like what the US is doing in iraq right now.
also what about insurgence/terrorists will they exist.

There will be the possibility of having guerilla units appearing in territory you own that is not loyal to you and is not being garrisoned. As for peacekeeping missions "like Iraq", I don't even know how to answer that. Not sure what that would be modeled as. It is possible for a player to have allied troops garrison an area of low loyalty to keep out guerillas.
