Question about outpost/colony representation
s there a way to identify from the system map whether a planet has an outpost/colony on it or not? I noticed today that I was bouncing in and out of the planet view just to make sure if I needed an orbital storage or not. (Corollary to this: can I build an outpost AND send a colony ship, or do I have to not send an engineer if I'm planning to send a colony ship later?)

Re: Question about outpost/colony representation
From the system level, anything that is "claimed" should show the HUD for the colony and empire. There isn't an indication of it's a colony or an outpost,
You should be able to send a colony ship after an outpost was set. You should also be able to send multiple colony ships to the same planet.

Re: Question about outpost/colony representation
I was mainly wondering about the distinction between orbital station only vs. a colony with locations on the ground. And I've answered my own question! The identifiers are here:
Terran Nuru has an outpost, the rest only have orbital stations.
