Looks like a tank according to the article. Just one with 10 MG's and a load of flamers

Neither of them really have a dedicated infantry compartment so I would not consider them mechanised infantry.
Tank encyclopaedia calls the first one an armoured car which tends to be recon units. Armour is a bit on the thin side compared to say British great-war tanks so maybe that is fitting though it is slow compared to most armoured cars. The alternative is to call it a tank.

The 2nd one is called a concept tank and given the weight would probably qualify as a heavy or super-heavy tank. Calling it a mobile pillbox might not be entirely wrong either. I suspect in anything but perfect conditions it would regularly get stuck and effectively become one.

Ah yes I see now. I was thinking it might be regarded as heavy infantry. Only because most tanks I know of come with a bit more explosive firepower, rather than many guns.

What an interesting design though. It's like a big ol garbage can of firepower.

The interesting fact wa that, eletric transmission , Turrinelli indeed was an expert in electrical transmission and suspension.

They quite clearly were! That's an interesting schematic they have. Really illustrates the suspension.
