What I really need to do is disable updates in steam!

I love this trainer, and patiently (ha ha) awaiting an update.

Too bad game version changes completely break the functionality of the trainer...

That's it, I'm definitely turning off Steam auto update until Mr. Ownage creates a trainer.

annnd turning off auto updates STILL didn't help for those who are interested. (on steam)

it's ok latest patch doesn't require a new trainer :)

Event modding is detailed on the Wiki.

Editing the map (borders, ownership, loyalty, population) is not possible without a map editor tool, something we have not released.

When are you going to release it? In the mean time is there anything out there that isn't official that does the same things?

I hope they add a map editor and make the multi-player reliable in SR1936 as I think SR2010 just had everything, reliable multi-player, map editor, and better graphics. Just lacked in performance the game would slow down to a crawl after a while on a world war 3 game.

I also have DirectPlay8 working based on IP without hamachi, tunngle or any program like that. Just learn to forward ports correctly.

Played a game of SR1936 last night with a friend and only had to reload once during our 7 hour gaming session. Using dropbox to share savefiles makes things easy as well.
