It says the "sup" is currently unused.
Can you add the code that this would be a "supply?"
Historically rivers are used to spread human population mostly because of supplies through rivers.
It would cover the "units getting stuck" or "slow movement" or "can't advance" on most places on the map if rivers actually could do a 0.1 or 0.2 supply.
